You will have to host this image somewhere. You can always use imgur. Make sure to use the full url, including https:// and that it ends in .jpg .jpeg or .png. If you are uploading to imgur, you may need to right click -> copy Image Address. If you do not see the image appearing in the preview, it will not work.
Maximum of around 250 characters. May be truncated. Try to keep it short. For an event, make sure to include the event date, the venue name, the city and state (and country if outside the US), and your cast name.
